iTurret Overview

Speakerbus’ iTurret technology creates a distributed solution by processing voice traffic and user input at the desk endpoint. The autonomy of the endpoint enables the iTurret to access multiple service types and support a variety of applications, with the added benefit of increased resilience.

By deploying a distributed, multi-vendor solution in the datacentre or cloud, customers can reduce cost, maximise availability and centralise support skills. The ability to remotely deploy the voice application resolves many challenges experienced when supporting regional of offices, remote workers and operations in emerging markets. For large scale enterprise deployments, the iTurret meets the requirements for scalability, performance and compliance, while leveraging centralised assets such as the enterprise network, unified communications platforms and application server assets already in place.
